The Catholic Church has got to be one of the few institutions of power in the world that wouldn't consider his membership of Hitler Youth important when electing him to rule it. Apparently he's known as "God's Rottweiler" in Vatican City, which is marginally more catchy than "God's tool" (George W. Bush) but infinitely more disturbing.
