I haven't been mentioning my writing lately, which is strange because I've been doing more of it than at any point in my life. I got 6 hours done before D&D yesterday, and 2 this morning before work. I think I'm close to a breakthrough, but don't want to jinx it by talking too much about it :)

Other than that, it's been a quiet day. Except that one of the directors of our language school has been replaced for the third time in two months (and the second time in two weeks).

Thank you. I don't think you would.

I'm just worried about jinxing myself, because I have, techically, written two novels in about 25 versions in the last 5 years, and I'm scared if that if I announce that I think this might be it, I'll feel the need to start from scratch again.

Each one is miles better than the last. The last few might have even been publishable. But I want my first to be really good, so instead of just settling, I've heavily re-worked it so it's a lot better :)

I hope that it reaches a point where you can't rework it to make it better soon. Seeing books in bookshops where the author is someone I know makes me really happy.

I know four published authors and a few who aren't. It's one of the perks of living among students :)
