Amen! Which is why I decided after last year that February 14th would henceforth be known as Giant Chocolate Sale Eve.
The only Valentine anything I've ever gotten is from my father, who began a long tradition of giving us kids chocolates in order to distract us while he made the proper presentation of flowers and jewelry to Mom. He still sends out candy to us girls even though nowadays he's more concerned with trying to shuffle all the dogs out of the room. ^^;;;
