Dec. 6th, 2004 02:46 pmWell, I'm about 90% finished my 25-page essay on Bapsi Sidhwa's Cracking India as an illustration of Benedict Anderson's concept of the nation as an "Imagined Community." This is the harder of the two.
I have also gotten a healthy head start on my easier essay, 18 pages on Multiculturalism in the early reprints of the New Canadian Library.
They are due tomorrow, and my attention span is running low.
Normally, when I need to take a break from something and recharge my batteries, I write or read. Since this project is all writing and reading, these things exhaust me further. So I've turned back to really old video games. Whenever I can't write anymore, I've been playing Final Fantasy III.
