I have to give credit where credit is due. Éric may be a bubblehead with a memory like a sieve -- he may talk for 12 hours at a stretch without letting anyone else get a word in edgewise -- he may believe what he hears from Jojo Savard and the Psychic Friends Network -- and he may not be able to organize his own life in the long term to avoid disaster.
But he is reliable, and not always in bad ways. When he says he'll pay you back money, he does. When he says he'll find a job, he does. Now all he needs is a place, and we can get him off our couch ^_^
As for me, I'm 11 pages into my essay (3 pages to the minimum number). And I've revised more than 10% of my novel. Of course, I've hardly left the house lately, or done anything besides reading or writing :/

I have been an extremely industrious devotee this year.
In March, I made a burnt offering to the Dead Dreamer (100 points). In February, I burnt my copy of the Necronomicon (-75 points). Last week, I defiled the grave of that traitor, Lovecraft (90 points). In June, I wore an Elder Sign (-10 points). When the stars were right, I visited my relatives in Innsmouth (100 points). In August, I rammed a ship into you (sorry Cthulhu!) (-1000 points).
In short, I have been very bad (-795 points) and deserve to be left to whimper as my mind shatters before the vision of your greatness.
