Jan. 3rd, 2005 03:06 pmWell, in bad news, my TA job is all messed up. I may wind up having to do it next semester, or else dropping one of my two wonderful courses, because of a course conflict. This is unpleasant, but not critical.
In good news, I got an A in both my courses last semester. "A" was the highest grade in Partition literature, though the full list of grades is still not up for my other course. Cumulative GPA for my Master's is now 4.0 -- one quarter down, three-quarters to go.
And now, the ugly -- ugly sentences that is. Taking
montrealais's test:
1. Grab the nearest book.
2. Open the book to page 123.
3. Find the fifth full sentence.
4. Post the text of the sentence in your journal along with these instructions.
5. Don't search around and look for the coolest book you can find. Do what's actually next to you.
I get:
"You lose the 3D effect when you specify another color [sic], either in a style sheet or with the color attribute."
