:x: doing drugs = Non-addictive drugs like pot and shrooms and ecstasy, sure -- as long as it doesn't take over your life. But not crystal meth or heroin.
:x: driving drunk = Against. I think we need to find ways of weeding the stupid out of the gene pool that don't put other people at risk. My eldest sister was killed when the car she was in was hit by a drunk driver outside of Windsor, Ontario (this was before I was born -- she was only four at the time).
:x: gay/lesbian relationships = For. I was going to say that this should be obvious, but sadly I've met a few too many self-loathing queer people to believe that is obvious.
:x: soap operas = I don't own a TV. I got hooked on one subplot of One Life to Live as a child, though.

i know what you mean about feeling that a goth look, while cool looking, doesn't look good on you (or me? how the hell does one phrase that, anyway... i'm not trying to say that you're right, cause i've never seen you try and dress "goth", i'm just saying that the sentiment is the same for me. fat girls don't look good in goth... they're all skinny and shit and have no boobs even though corsets ought to have boobs to fill them out... ok, now i'm ranting, i'll shut up)

Yeah -- you pretty much have to be hairless and anoerexic to pull off the look, but the guys who pull it off are gorgeous.

I did try for a couple of years, but it just wasn't working.
