felis_ultharusWell, it looks like the Canadian government is speeding up the same-sex marriage bill, and the Senate is going to hold extra hearings to make sure it gets through before June 23 -- the end of the session. Here's the story.
(I thought committee was the last step -- I hadn't realized it hadn't hit the Senate yet).
Anyway, the gist of it is that we're probably going to have same-sex marriage within three weeks, coast-to-coast. A reason to celebrate.

em_fish, I tried to read you by Alexander Graham Bell's miraculous far-speak invention, but you appear to have no answering service. We were planning to finally move the game to Sunday this weekend. I hope that's okay with you.
