Well, I now have 13 chapters saved. I also have about 2/3 of a short story finished for the CBC contest at the end of November. And I got approval for my essay topic in Partition literature ("Bapsi Sidhwa's Pakistan as an imagined community."). I read about 1/5 of the Stephen Leacock I have to do a seminar on for my CanLit class, and on top of that, I have a webpage.

(Not much of a webpage -- it's just an introduction page, here. But I plan to do about a page a day, until I have something I like. Matt was kind enough to donate the space.)

So, yeah -- it's been a productive day.

Hello! Lovely new lj, innit. *grins*

Congratulations on the save-age. And on the webpage. And the essay. You've been altogether productive, which seems to be a rare thing among everyone I know.

I wanted to ask you... earlier on, you were talking about perhaps having d&d later on in the day... are you still considering that? Or is it not an option?

We considered it for Matt because he worked on Saturday, but we couldn't and in the end he changed shifts. In the beginning, we started at 2, but everyone always had somewhere to go on a Saturday night -- Emma worked on Saturday nights, and Steve, Adina, and Lauren all had busy social lives on Saturday evenings. Now that Steve and Lauren aren't hanging out much, and Emma's given her two weeks notice, we might be able to try something again.

Is Saturday at noon bad for you?

Well, it's not that it's bad in and of itself. But it's that, somehow, people always seem to arrange possible meetings 11-1. It's no big deal, really - either way works. I was just wondering if you were intending on changing that, since you'd mentioned it.

... I'm going to avoid re-reading that sentence, and am going to bed. Chalk any babbling up to exhaustion, and I'll see you on Saturday. At noon. *grins*

No problem. If you want to bring it up next time we meet, you can run it by everyone else, and see what they think. A later schedule is fine with me, it just tends to be bad with some of the players.
