• My favourite classmate in Canadian Lit pointed out something last night: it's very strange that poppies are now a symbol of remembering in Canada, considering they're used to make opium. That drug are most associated with forgetting. I know the reason of course -- everyone in this country knows about "In Flanders Fields" and John McCrae. But it's still an ironic choice of flower.
  
  
• I got nearly 7 pages done on my novel yesterday, but today I'm not quite finished one. So I'm procrastinating. a bad habit to be in.
  
  
• Famous Last Words comes highly recommended. Very good, but very disturbing. It's hard to tell the edges of reality and fiction, there, since it's so well-researched, and most of the characters were real people. Every time I run into something where I think, "He must have made that up," I check it up and it's true. It's disturbing.
  
  
• According to archdiva's Final Fantasy personality meme, I'm Yuna. This will probably be of most interest to em_fish :)

I know nothing about Yuna, except that she's a summoner, which is my favourite class. Haven't played FFX, yet, though I probably will within the year. I avoided reading the description, so as to avoid spoilers.

Some blue-haired dude that I don't know... apparently has a really evil streak noone knew of and went bollocks and took a kingdom down or something. They say he's similar to Rufus... I'm REALLY not like Rufus... -.-

And well, you're a pretty girl that can dance prettily... and has a hot boyfriend XD that's as much as I know about Yuna.

I can't think of any blue-haired sort-of villains, except from the second game. Usually sympathetic villains in FF have silver hair :)

So should I keep the new icon or discard it? It took me about five minutes to make, and I can't decide if it's actually funny or just cheesy...?
