First of all, the weather is paradise of snow out there. The temperature has increased to the comfortably cool, and we have about two feet of the stuff in some places. It lends a beauty to even the ugliest parts of the city.

Snow always feels redemptive to me. Snow remakes the world and gives me hope :)

I realize my comments will make me unpopular around here. Most of my friends have a very low opinion of snow. I'm kind of glad we don't vote on the weather, or I'd never seen snow or thunderstorms again :/

Went out shopping in it. Saw something that stunned me at a video store. Boku no Sexual Harassment -- which is to Japanese animated gay porn what Plan 9 From Outer Space is to science fiction -- has been commercially translated and released. I was not expecting that.

Written 11 pages so far today. That used to be my record of pages written in a day ever. This week it's been my average. My fires of creation have never burned brighter. Going to see if I can beat 15 pages again before I go to bed.

EDIT: Have now broken my record for pages a day for, I think, the fourth or fifth time this month: it now stands at 16 pages, and I might squeeze out another tonight. That is all.

I am with you on loving rainstorms. Rainy days are my favourite kind of weather.

Keep the snow though. Maybe if you went through what I did today, you would understand. ;)

Ah, I know it's inconvenient. It's frequently inconvenient for me. I was working outdoors in major snowfall and -30 Celsius weather for Éco-quartier one year.

But I still love it all the same. It's like that inconvenient friend or relative that's completely clueless and in the way, but whom you love with all your heart anyway :)

I love snow too. It was just really hard to get to work. ^_^

And I knew about the Boku no Sexual Harassment. It's been out for ages (though I wonder if subtitles are really necessary). I've never seen it in a store though. Kizuna, yes, The Legend of Blue Wolves but not Sexual Harassment. I'm still looking for the Gravitation OVA.

I've never seen Kizuna.

Are you looking for Boku no Sexual Harassment to add to your copious YAOI collection? I haven't seen the Gravitation OVA, which I would have expected to see long before Boku no Sexual Harassment. Do you have the OVA?

I don't know, it's not particularly good.. ^_^

I haven't seen the Gravitation OVA, which I would have expected to see long before Boku no Sexual Harassment.

Well, the thing is, the Gravitation OVA (which I do want and don't have except on fansub) was realeased in September. Sexual Harassment has been out 2 years at least.

Two years? I'd have never guessed.

And you're right. It's an awful YAOI (though so awful, it's back to funny). I first saw it at the YAOI-con with [livejournal.com profile] seal7 in San Francisco in 2001. I haven't seen a movie so (unintentionally?) funny since Boxing Helena :p
